Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.

  • Execute cashier responsibilities accurately, managing cash, checks, and credit card transactions while adhering to company policies.
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-maintained by restocking shelves, checking in deliveries, updating pricing, and managing inventory as directed.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Assist all departments, including photo and beauty, to ensure they are fully stocked and operational.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff as needed, including taking on regular shifts in the pharmacy for career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs, frequent lifting of up to 10 lbs, and regular movement of objects, including overhead lifting.
  • Close visual acuity for tasks such as reading and inspecting small details.

COVID-19 Requirements:

CVS Health mandates that all employees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless exempt for valid medical or religious reasons. Proof of vaccination must be provided within the first 10 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a retail or customer service environment is advantageous.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
