We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives by providing high-quality nursing care in the comfort of their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a current Registered Nurse license for the state in which they practice, as well as a current Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray. One year prior RN experience is preferred, but not required.

Salary: $30/hour

In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will also collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. The salary for this position is $30/hour, and you will have the opportunity to work Monday through Friday during flexible daytime hours.

Responsibilities

- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
- Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards
- Revises the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions
- Uses clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs of an assigned unit/floor including establishing priorities

Requirements

- Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which you practice
- Current Health Certificate
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year prior RN experience preferred
