About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as an Acute Hospital Registered Nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a hospital setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) from an accredited school of nursing
- At least 1 year of experience in acute care nursing, preferably in nephrology
