Job Title: Facility Project Planner/Programmer

ASRC Federal NetCentric Technologies, LLC is seeking a skilled professional to support the Kirtland AFB Engineering Operations Services (KEOS) contract in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting mission-critical facility sustainment, renovation, and modernization (FSRM) programming to ensure the mission success of Kirtland AFB.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with base management and advisory groups to plan long-range development.
  • Evaluate work requests for infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct and coordinate scoping, site visits, budgetary cost estimates, siting documentation, environmental analysis requests, economic analyses, and project scoring analyses for planned projects.
  • Provide primary communication between the installation and higher headquarters to advocate for base priorities.
  • Develop and update project programming trackers, reports, and briefings.
  • Prepare, participate in, or conduct briefings, meetings, conferences, design charrettes, etc. involving project programming issues.
  • Perform additional programming and planning requirements as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in applied science (Architectural/Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Planning, or related degree).
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Professional knowledge of engineering/programming concepts, principles, practices, standards, methods, and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prepare and present presentations/briefings to internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 software suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Ability to work with customers and coworkers in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.
  • Must be a US citizen and currently possess or be able to obtain/maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
  • Must maintain a valid US driver's license.
  • Commitment to providing for and maintaining a safe working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least three years of experience at a US military installation, other government agency, or similar size and scope facility complex/campus.
  • Proficient in use of BUILDER and NexGenIT.
