We are seeking a skilled RN Nursing Supervisor to lead our Emergency Department team at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the nursing care delivered to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care.
- Oversee the operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership, budget preparation, and overall fiscal management.
- Develop programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patient's nursing care needs are assessed, evaluated, and met.
- Role model proactive, collaborative working relationships across all hospital functions in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years experience in an acute hospital environment.
- 2 years experience in a specialty unit (Emergency).
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Master's Degree.
- 2 years Management experience.
