Job Summary:

The Customer Service Teammate (CST) plays a vital role in building relationships with new and existing customers, selling memberships, and providing superior customer service. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with customers and provide personalized service to drive membership sales and customer loyalty.
  • Understand and articulate the benefits of GO Car Wash membership packages and pricing.
  • Stay up-to-date on all soaps, chemicals, and equipment used in the wash and educate customers on the wash process.
  • Use the GO sales script in every customer encounter and guide customers through the wash process as needed.
  • Act as an ambassador for GO Car Wash, living and breathing the company's core values every day.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, with sales experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
