About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Scientist to join our team at Genmab. As a key member of our clinical development team, you will play a critical role in the implementation of clinical trials and the development of new antibody therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or co-lead less-complex clinical trials within a program, working in collaboration with a Medical Director and Sr. level Clinical Research Scientist.
  • Assist in the execution of clinical trials in alignment with the clinical development plan (CDP).
  • Develop and review study plans, and serve as a liaison to project teams and CROs.
  • Prepare presentations for Investigator meetings, CRO/CRA training, and SIVs as warranted.
Requirements
  • PhD, Pharm D, MS or equivalent degree in a medical, biological, pharmaceutical science or related discipline.
  • Clinical research experience preferred, with prior oncology/hematology drug development experience a plus.
  • Ability to work in a project-oriented matrixed team environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal (communication) skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
