Lift Maintenance Technician

Sugarbush Resort is a year-round destination offering exceptional skiing and riding experiences, an award-winning ski school, mountain biking, golf, disc golf, and a fully appointed Health and Recreation Center. We are seeking a skilled Lift Maintenance Technician to join our Mountain Operations team.
Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair all lift equipment, including conveyors and high-speed detachable quads.
- Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs during the winter operating season.
- Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance of lift components, towers, and grips during the summer season.
- Work on hydraulic systems, braking systems, rigging, gasoline and diesel engines, and low-voltage safety circuits.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of mechanical or electrical experience.
- Detachable lift experience is a plus.
- Ability to work under timelines and pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
- Adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to climb and work at substantial heights and in all kinds of weather.
- Ability to lift and carry loads up to 100 pounds.
- Valid driver's license necessary.
- Requires working on weekends and holidays.
