The Division of Pulmonary Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center seeks a full-time faculty member to serve as the Director of its Pulmonary Sleep Lab. The successful candidate will oversee a growing sleep center with 4 functional sleep beds, staffed by 2 MDs and 5 sleep technicians.
Sleep Center OverviewThe Sleep Center is accredited by the American Academy for Sleep Medicine and is expanding to 12 beds with both Pulmonary and Neurology Sleep specialists providing multidisciplinary management of patients with sleep disorders.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $250,000 - $310,000 per year, plus productivity incentives. Additional benefits include LTD, STD, paid malpractice, CME with stipend, health, dental, vision, and a 403(b) plan.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Oversight of the Pulmonary Sleep Lab at Westchester Square Hospital
- Clinic sessions at MAP or Hutch hospitals
- Opportunities to participate in teaching at all levels of undergraduate and graduate medical education, including our own Sleep Medicine Fellowship
- Required qualifications: completion of training in an accredited Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship and a Sleep Medicine Fellowship
