About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including manual therapy, exercise instruction, and education on proper body mechanics and injury prevention.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes, discharge summaries, and other required documentation.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient flow.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to provide high-quality physical therapy services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
