Your Role
We are seeking a qualified Health and Nursing Care Specialist (m/f/d) with the qualification as Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to join our oncology departments on wards I1 and I3.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, specialized care for patients with area-specific diseases, symptoms, and nursing problems
- Counsel and instruct patients, relatives, and professional groups in the interdisciplinary team
- Plan and conduct case discussions, evaluating the care process for patients
- Offer a nursing consultation service
- Lead work and project groups
Requirements
