Job Title: Clinical Supervisor - Cardiac Cath Lab

Stability Direct is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Oroville, California. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Registered Nurses in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive and professional work environment.

Job Summary

The Clinical Supervisor will work closely with the Director of Interventional Services to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, evaluate staff performance, and provide education and training to nursing staff. You will be responsible for ensuring that the operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab run smoothly, providing a standardized approach to patient care, and maintaining clinical competence and technical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff in the Cardiac Cath Lab
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide education and training
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety guidelines
  • Assist with the development and revision of policies and procedures
  • Train and orient new employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Current license with the California Board of Registered Nursing
  • Current ACLS certification
  • Current American Heart Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Completion of Critical Care Course in Hemodynamics (or equivalent)
  • Completion of Basic Arrhythmia Course (or equivalent), Advanced 12 lead Interpretation preferred
  • Minimum of five years recent professional Cardiac Cath experience
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist preferred
