Position Overview:

INTEGRIS Health, the largest not-for-profit healthcare system in Oklahoma, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to enhance community health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management and provision of patient care through the nursing process.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care interventions and adjust as necessary.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of licensed and non-licensed staff in patient care delivery.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to non-licensed personnel and students.
Qualifications:

The Staff Registered Nurse will report to the designated manager or director and may be required to float to other units as needed. Mental Health staff should be prepared to assist with physical restraint techniques when necessary.

Physical Demands:

This position may involve various physical demands and potential exposure to infections, communicable diseases, and hazardous materials. For more information regarding physical requirements, please consult the appropriate resources.

Communication Skills:

Effective communication in English is essential for this role.

Specialized Certifications:
