Job Description

In this role, you will build and lead a mechanical engineering team and work on complex projects in healthcare, laboratories, commercial spaces, defense, and higher education. You will provide technical design, consulting, construction support, and business development services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a mechanical engineering team
  • Work on complex projects in various sectors
  • Provide technical design, consulting, construction support, and business development
  • Collaborate with regional electrical engineering team for MEP services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineering Registration
  • US Citizenship
  • 5+ years of consulting engineering experience in the AEC industry
  • 5+ years of HVAC and plumbing engineering experience
  • Knowledge of International Building Code/International Mechanical Code
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Experience in collaborative team environment and project management
  • Business Development experience (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: $77,000 - $125,000 per year
  • Possible signing bonus
