Job Overview: Soliant is collaborating with a school district to recruit a committed Registered Nurse for the academic year. This position focuses on providing care for a middle school student who requires mobility assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing support for a middle school student with mobility challenges.
- Assist in lifting the student, who has a weight of approximately 80-90 pounds, with the support of a Physical Therapist available on-site.
- Oversee and address the medical needs of the student throughout the school day.
- Work in conjunction with educators, staff, and the Physical Therapist to ensure the safety and health of the student.
- Execute and adhere to the individualized health care plan for the student.
Required Qualifications:
- Current RN license in New Hampshire.
- Preferred experience in an educational environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
