Role Summary:

The Desktop Support Technician I will be responsible for providing essential onsite support within a data center environment. This role involves various physical tasks related to the management and maintenance of network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on activities in the data center, including rack and stack operations, as well as cross-connect tasks.
  • Ensure effective logistics and asset management for all equipment.
  • Utilize your experience in physical touch support to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar physical support role, preferably within enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of data center operations, though specific data center experience is not mandatory.
  • Proven skills in PC support and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to drive and travel as required for operational support.
