We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Branch Director at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice. As a Branch Director, you will be responsible for supervising the clinical operations of your team of field staff and reporting directly to the Agency Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of field staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement effective clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the Agency Administrator to develop and implement business plans and goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide coaching and training to staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the position is based.
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
- He/She must have a minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
- Medicare home health experience is strongly preferred.
- Previous management/supervisory experience is preferred.
