Key Responsibilities:

As an Auto Glass Repair Trainee, you will learn to expertly install auto glass in accordance with industry standards.

Your mentor will guide you through the techniques used by professionals to ensure safe, high-quality auto glass installations, emphasizing personal safety and exceptional customer service.

Upon completing the intensive training program, you will have the chance to work independently and potentially earn top compensation through our attractive bonus structure.

In addition, you will take on the role of Parts Runner, responsible for collecting auto glass from our suppliers and delivering it to our technicians in the field.

  • Order parts from designated suppliers.
  • Deliver parts to technicians using a company vehicle.
  • Secure invoices from vendors and provide copies to Accounts Payable.
  • Monitor and return parts to suppliers as needed.

Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Valid Driver's License and a clean background check with a good driving record.

Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 75 pounds). Previous automotive experience is a plus.
