A dynamic San Francisco restaurant group seeks an experienced leader to enhance the customer experience at our Inner Richmond location. As a key member of our management team, you will have the opportunity to drive success and contribute to the company's growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee FOH staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and mentorship.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless FOH functions and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop revenue-generating strategies.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and business factors to identify areas for cost savings.
  • Present sales and FOH data to Executive Management, offering actionable recommendations to achieve departmental goals.
  • Model professionalism, demonstrate integrity, and make informed decisions.
  • Maintain FOH equipment and facilities to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of FOH experience or hospitality background.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances in leadership roles.
  • History of achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to drive staff accountability and customer service excellence.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Food Services Solutions DayCap, Intuit QuickBooks).
  • Familiarity with analytical or scientific software (Xtra Chef, Toast).
  • Experience with word processing software (OneNote, Google Docs, Microsoft Word).

Employee Benefits:

  • Salary: $72,000 - $75,000 per annum, based on experience.
