Responsibilities:
- Prepare bid documents, price inquiries, and addendums for various departments' services contracts.
- Promote adherence to all procurement and other applicable policies and procedures, recommending modifications as needed.
- Ensure all required contract documents are compliant and complete, executing agreements, change orders, releases, etc.
- Support procurement activities, including systems related to purchasing and contract management, third-party vendor management, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Working knowledge of materials and inventory management, logistics, quality assurance, quality control, maintenance, and operations.
- Experience with SAP Procurement and Ariba.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
