Medical Practitioner Opportunity in Vermont's Scenic Northeast Kingdom

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic clinical practice in rural Vermont. This outstanding opportunity presents a chance to collaborate with a supportive team of experienced healthcare providers and staff within a nurturing and cooperative atmosphere.
Our clinic, affiliated with an independent critical access hospital, is devoted to delivering comprehensive primary and preventive care, along with care coordination and on-site behavioral health services to patients aged 19 years and older. Our commitment to patient-focused care has earned us recognition as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home by the NCQA, and we take pride in being a certified Rural Health Center.
The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care and hold a current Vermont APRN license and DEA certification. They will be part of a team-based care model, collaborating with four other providers who receive support from a Care Coordinator, Ambulatory Pharmacist, RNs, LPNs, CMAs, LNAs, and Medical Secretaries.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, taking into account the cost of living in Vermont.
