Personal Banker II

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker II to join our team at First Financial Bancorp. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

• Determine Customer Needs: Identify and understand the financial needs of our customers, and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.
• Account Management: Open, close, and maintain retail accounts and IRAs, as well as rent safe deposit boxes to customers.
• Sales and Marketing: Complete sales tracking on all customers served, and participate in self-directed sales training to enhance sales skills.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, and actively participate in the Customer Service First program to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Education: College degree or 12 months of customer contact and sales experience required.
• Experience: Banking experience preferred, with a high school diploma or GED.
• Skills: Excellent communication and sales skills, mathematical and general business knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
