Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License: Possess an active pharmacy license in the state of employment.

  • Criminal Background Check: Pass a thorough background check, including a review of any pending felony charges or convictions related to controlled substances.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
