Job Summary

KPC Promise Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care to critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observation and Reporting: Observe and report patient status and needs to appropriate personnel in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care, including answering call lights, attending to patient needs, and transporting patients as needed.
  • Admissions and Transfers: Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Meal Service: Distribute and pick up meal trays, ensuring patients receive their meals in a timely manner.
  • Identification Verification: Confirm patient identification by use of the identification band prior to administering treatments, serving meals, etc.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: One to two years of nursing assistant experience
  • Certification: Successful completion of certification program for nursing assistants
  • Language: Must be able to read, write, and speak English
