Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise.
  • Stockroom Organization: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including daily restocking and inventory checks.
  • Communication: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and maintain open communication with the inventory lead and management team.
  • Business Operations: Support daily manual restocks, weekly cycle counts, and identify product concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work at least one weekend day and some holidays.
  • Flexibility: Must be available to work early morning and/or late evening shifts outside of store business hours based on the needs of the business.
  • Punctuality: Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Task Prioritization: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
  • VM Standards: Ability to learn VM standards to support the VM team in preparation for monthly product flips.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
