About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Merchandiser to join our team in Prescott, Bagdad AZ and surrounding areas. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock and display products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within your territory.
  • Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
  • Use your personal vehicle to travel among stores in your territory, but you will not be responsible for transporting products.
  • Utilize a company-issued phone with a programmed app to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and track mileage for reimbursement.
Shift and Schedule

As a Part-Time Merchandiser, you will work a flexible schedule with weekends required (days off fall during the week). Your shifts will typically start at 5am and continue until your work is finished.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working independently on assigned tasks, but also enjoy interacting with people at work. You should be physically active and able to lift, push, and pull cases of products.

Total Rewards
  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $20.90, with a rate increase to $22.00 per hour after 6 months.
  • Mileage reimbursement for business use of your personal vehicle.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
