Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Full Time. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a well-stocked and attractive store.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
