ROLE SUMMARY:
Christopher Smith - State Farm Agent is on the lookout for a driven Producer who can identify opportunities and effectively convert leads into enduring client relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to daily success.
  • Partner with your agency's team to foster successful, long-term client relationships.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively connect with customers.
  • Property & Casualty license is required.
