Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the signage or a related field
  • In-depth understanding of materials and products used in the sign industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Professional demeanor with a positive outlook
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Professional
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of wide-format printing and color management principles

Key Responsibilities:

A. Client Engagement

  • Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements and provide customized solutions
  • Prepare estimates and oversee job scheduling
  • Guarantee the quality of final products and manage financial transactions
  • Conduct basic marketing activities in-house

B. Production Oversight

  • Facilitate morning production meetings
  • Supervise the production and installation of graphics and signage
  • Ensure a safe working environment

C. Equipment Management

  • Operate various machinery to fulfill client orders
  • Maintain server backups and desktop scanners
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance on all equipment

D. Quality Assurance

  • Guarantee exceptional quality across all projects
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold high-quality standards

E. Inventory Oversight

  • Monitor and procure production materials
  • Maintain accurate records of material inventory
  • Coordinate necessary equipment maintenance
