We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Bear Mountain Health and Rehabilitation. As a member of our skilled nursing facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately prepare, administer, and document medications as ordered by licensed physicians.
  • Verify resident identity and ensure medications are not administered without a written order.
  • Monitor and document medication administration, including any refusals or discrepancies.
  • Assist with medication charting and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Verify adequate medication supplies and report needs to the Nurse Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Current Medication Aide Certification for NC.
  • Active CPR certification preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
