Job Overview

We are in search of a proficient CNC Machining Specialist who will be tasked with the precision machining of components for various sectors including automotive, aerospace, and healthcare. The standard working hours are structured from 5 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a competitive pay range starting between $22 and $28 per hour, contingent upon prior experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain stringent tolerances while machining parts.
  • Edit CNC programs and select appropriate tooling for each task.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of CNC controls, particularly Fanuc systems.
  • Read and interpret technical blueprints effectively.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Accurately zero out the X-Y and Z axes prior to commencing new jobs.
  • Perform tool touch-offs to ensure correct tooling height is established from the XYZ axis.
Essential Skills
  • Expertise in CNC machining processes.
  • Ability to edit and optimize CNC programs.
  • Proficient in selecting and utilizing the right tooling.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc control systems.
  • Strong blueprint reading skills.
  • Skilled in using micrometers and calipers.
  • Experience in zeroing out axes accurately.
  • Competence in performing tool touch-offs.
Work Environment

This position is fully on-site.
