Mental Health Therapist

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Massachusetts.
This is a part-time, ongoing position requiring 24 hours of work per week, with an 8-hour shift during the day. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide high-quality, comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess and evaluate patient mental status, develop treatment plans, and implement milieu therapy.
- Provide individual and group counseling, support patients with daily living activities, and facilitate therapeutic relationships.
- Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Participate in discharge planning, education, and referrals as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field (preferred).
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
