As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in creating a positive and enriching experience for the individuals we support. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure their needs are met, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and assistance, including toileting, hygiene, eating, and medication administration, as outlined in individual care plans.
  • Implement behavior support plans and person-centered goals, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
  • Encourage independence and self-determination, assisting individuals in exploring their interests and pursuing meaningful activities.
  • Facilitate community integration by connecting individuals with resources and opportunities for social engagement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Collaborate effectively with families, guardians, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to providing quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
