Overview

McGrath is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth.

Requirements
