We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our Dining Room team at St. Leonard. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our residents and guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Use of Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions and manage orders
  • Serving guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Dining room bussing and resetting to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Closing out checks and managing cash handling responsibilities
  • Assisting with light food preparation and back-of-house sidework as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to resident and guest needs

**Requirements**

  • Must be 18 years of age or have a work permit through your school
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background check and drug screen required
