About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team at Monad, a leading provider of heat trace and insulation solutions. As an Electrical Foreman, you will play a crucial role in the design, installation, and maintenance of our heat trace and insulation systems for commercial and industrial clients throughout Colorado.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Installation: Plan and execute new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications, industry standards, and local/national codes.
  • Electrical Work: Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit and cable. Connect wiring to industrial devices and power equipment. Test continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components.
  • Leadership and Management: Manage small crews of apprentices and ensure that all electrical work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all electrical work is carried out in accordance with OSHA regulations and industry standards. Maintain thorough and accurate records through the utilization of an app-based system.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Current Journeyman's license in Wyoming or Colorado or be willing to reciprocate. Ability to develop a bill of materials and manage material stock.
  • Skills and Experience: Proven experience in electrical work, including design, installation, and maintenance. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Certifications and Training: OSHA 10 hours or greater - required. MSHA - encouraged. PEC Safeland - required. Forklift and aerial lift equipment certifications - required.
