This position is crucial to our operations, offering competitive compensation and a dynamic work atmosphere.

Location: Colorado, Wyoming
Compensation: $43-$50/hr with an additional $12/hr per diem

Essential Qualifications:
  • Possession of a current Journeyman's license in Wyoming or Colorado, or willingness to obtain reciprocity.
  • Capability to create a bill of materials and oversee material inventory.
  • Proficiency in interpreting safety regulations, operational guidelines, and procedural documentation.
  • Effective communication skills for presentations to groups of clients or team members.
  • Skilled in maintaining detailed and accurate records using an app-based system, a critical aspect of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design new or modified installations to optimize material usage, facilitate future maintenance, and ensure compliance with specifications, industry standards, and local/national codes.
  • Adhere to NEC codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduits and cables.
  • Connect wiring to industrial devices and power systems.
  • Test circuit continuity to verify electrical compatibility and safety of components.
  • Repair malfunctioning equipment or systems.
  • Supervise small teams of apprentices.

Safety Certifications:
  • OSHA 10 hours or greater - mandatory.
  • MSHA - preferred.
  • PEC Safeland - mandatory.
  • Forklift and aerial lift equipment certifications - mandatory.

Pre-Employment Requirements:
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, along with quarterly random testing.
  • Candidates must be insurable and possess a valid driver's license with experience in towing trailers.
