As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Blossom Children's Center, you will play a crucial role within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing ongoing training and support to direct care staff executing treatment protocols in clinical environments.
  • Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and functional analyses (FAs), as well as developing behavior intervention plans tailored for children.
  • Performing and documenting skills-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS) and tracking behavioral intervention progress, goals, and parent targets for ABA reauthorization services.
  • Designing and overseeing treatment plans.
  • Preparing progress reports as required by insurance providers and family requests.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards while overseeing cases, staff, and family interactions.
  • Delivering regular training to parents focused on fostering independence and skill development.
  • Adhering to organizational, state, and federal regulations, including professional development, safety training, and confidentiality protocols, while following the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for BCBAs.
  • Collaborating effectively with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, and administrative staff.
  • Participating in weekly BCBA supervision meetings, team discussions, and company-wide training sessions as directed by supervisors.
  • Working alongside the treatment team (including directors, parents, and other support members) to assess case progress.
  • Providing training, supervision, and guidance for clinicians and therapists regarding all policies and procedures.
  • Communicating with funding sources about client progress, reports, meetings, and authorizations.
  • Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and Practicum students.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Licensed and certified behavior analyst (i.e., LBA & BCBA), in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respect for all clients.
  • No prior criminal history.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
