Tenet-Alabama is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team in Homewood, Alabama.

Job Summary

As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures under minimal supervision, applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients across all age groups. You will exercise professional judgment in providing healthcare services, completing established competencies within a designated introductory period.

Responsibilities
  • Perform basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures as requested by licensed physicians.
  • Exercise professional judgment in providing healthcare services, applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients.
  • Complete established competencies for the position within a designated introductory period.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program, with a preferred Associate degree.
  • Experience: None required.
  • Certification: ARRT or registry eligible, with ARRT certification within one year post-graduation, and BLS and state license if required.
