Civil Litigation Attorney Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and a deep understanding of the legal process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in civil litigation cases, providing expert counsel and guidance throughout the process.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to prepare and present cases effectively, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements, with attention to detail and precision.
  • Provide exceptional client service, building strong relationships and communicating effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management and effective team performance.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in AZ with 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation strategies, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional research and analytical abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with the ability to effectively represent clients in court and negotiate settlements.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Client-focused approach to legal practice, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
