Position Overview:

We are in search of an experienced Salesforce CPQ Solutions Architect who possesses a strong background in business analysis, CPQ management, and contract oversight. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in deploying and refining Salesforce CPQ solutions, alongside a solid understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) utilizing DocuSign CLM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to collect and assess business requirements related to product offerings, pricing strategies, quoting processes, order management, inventory control, and contract administration.
  • Design, configure, and tailor Salesforce CPQ solutions to align with business objectives, encompassing product setup, pricing configurations, discount strategies, and quote documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements discussions, and sprint review meetings with business units, quality assurance, and development teams.
  • Provide continuous support and troubleshooting for Salesforce CPQ and DocuSign CLM, addressing user queries and resolving technical challenges efficiently.
  • Perform administrative duties for Salesforce CPQ, overseeing user access, security configurations, and data accuracy.
  • Integrate Salesforce CPQ with various systems and applications, including CRM and ERP platforms, to enhance end-to-end business workflows.
  • Implement contract management frameworks using DocuSign CLM, covering contract drafting, negotiation, approval processes, and electronic signature functionalities.
  • Offer technical mentorship and support to junior developers and cross-functional team members.
  • Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and ensure compliance with coding standards.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing enhancements to Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce platform updates, new functionalities, and industry trends, evaluating their implications for existing solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, particularly focused on CPQ.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security frameworks, and governor limits.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other Salesforce offerings is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and executing Salesforce CPQ projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • DocuSign CLM certification is preferred.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $105,000 and $176,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum compensation offered, with final salary determined by factors such as work location, experience, skills, and educational background.
