Job Description

As a key member of our team at Trigo ADR Americas, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely delivery of critical parts to our aerospace customers. Your expertise in root cause analysis and effective communication will be essential in developing strong relationships with our supplier base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track the flow of critical parts through the suppliers' manufacturing shop, from raw material phase to delivery to the customer.
  • Proactively work with suppliers to monitor all parts and support on-time deliveries to our customers.
  • Identify potential delivery delays, perform root cause analysis, and develop recovery plans to bring shipments back in-line with customer requirements.
  • Create daily status reports and communicate actions and plans to all stakeholders, including customers and prime aerospace manufacturers.
  • Monitor production operations and identify manufacturing process improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations and lead meetings to drive systemic changes and enhance supplier quality and delivery performance.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a machine shop or sheet metal environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, production control, procurement, business, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Experience working on process improvement teams or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with basic Excel skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • US Citizenship required.
