About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Ovation, Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order and monitor all supplies to ensure a well-stocked housekeeping department
  • Clean and sanitize all fixtures, including sinks, showers, toilets, and mirrors
  • Stock soap and paper products in bathrooms and maintain a tidy linen area
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Deep clean resident apartments and care areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization
  • Sort, wash, and dry resident laundry according to building policy
  • Fold, hang, and put away resident laundry according to guidelines
  • Clean and maintain all equipment, including soiled and clean linen areas
  • Assist with housekeeping duties as needed and provide support to other team members
  • Maintain infection control procedures and confidentiality of all resident care information
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High-School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Must have experience interacting with residents in a similar capacity
