About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Treasury Management Consulting Senior Manager to join our team within Global Treasury Management as part of Enterprise Functions at Wells Fargo.


As a Treasury Management Consulting Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of individual contributors and managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk.


Key responsibilities include hands-on sales management, attending joint client meetings, deal structuring, inspecting team data, and effective sales coaching to performance.


You will also engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes.


Additionally, you will identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Treasury Management Consulting functional area.


Other responsibilities include determining appropriate strategy and actions of Treasury Management Consulting team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables, interpreting and developing policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility within Treasury Management Consulting functional area, and collaborating with and influencing all levels of professionals, including managers, as well as interacting directly with external customers within Treasury Management Consulting functional area.


Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


3+ years of Management experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • 5 years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build, direct and manage a sales/relationship management team of parallel size and scope
Excellent understanding of the Treasury Management process and associated market practices with the ability to think strategically about how to create business-led solutions


Product knowledge of Treasury Management and liquidity solutions


Experience working with Middle Market clients (companies with revenue of $100MM to $500MM)


Strong sense of prioritization & ability to execute against deliverables. Able to take personal accountability for projects & issue resolution


Proven ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology & other key stakeholders, and work effectively in a matrix organization


Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure decisions are well thought out and can be implemented


Analytic problem solver with excellent written and verbal communications skills


Financial and budgeting skills


Expert user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


Job Expectations:
The ability to travel 60-75% of the time

Pay Range: $144,400-$300,000


May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
