Archdiocese of Philadelphia seeks a highly skilled Advancement Associate to support its Office of Catholic Education and schools in tax credit initiatives, corporate relations, and gifts initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with school development teams to enhance and expand prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
  • Act as a liaison for regional Scholarship Organizations, coordinating meetings and ensuring timely communication and stewardship with participants.
  • Update information about interactions with prospects and donors in Raiser's Edge, analyzing data and providing prospect research reports as needed.
  • Research and identify new corporate, foundation, and private funding prospects to match priorities of the Archdiocesan schools.
  • Assist schools with generating high-quality proposals, narratives, and supporting documents for benefactor support.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in building corporate donor cultivation strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in fundraising CRM systems, such as Raiser's Edge.
  • Excellent written, oral, and organizational skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary.
