Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with school development teams to enhance and expand prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
- Act as a liaison for regional Scholarship Organizations, coordinating meetings and ensuring timely communication and stewardship with participants.
- Update information about interactions with prospects and donors in Raiser's Edge, analyzing data and providing prospect research reports as needed.
- Research and identify new corporate, foundation, and private funding prospects to match priorities of the Archdiocesan schools.
- Assist schools with generating high-quality proposals, narratives, and supporting documents for benefactor support.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in building corporate donor cultivation strategies.
- Strong proficiency in fundraising CRM systems, such as Raiser's Edge.
- Excellent written, oral, and organizational skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
- Growth mindset.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary.
