  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that ingredients and menu items are properly stored, handled, prepared, and presented with great care and concern for food safety.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Communication: Ability to read, write, and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Leadership: Ability to promote a positive team atmosphere and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, talk and hear to communicate with employees, and taste and smell.

Working Conditions:

  • Physical Environment: The employee is occasionally exposed to cooking fumes and is required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
