Key Responsibilities
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for:
- Strategically planning and overseeing the financial operations of the organization.
- Managing finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate financial records are maintained in accordance with accounting standards.
- Ensuring timely financial reporting to senior management while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conducting financial analyses for existing and new programs to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- A Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance is highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of management experience in a financial capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare accounting practices and principles.
- Proficiency in computer accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Compensation
The estimated compensation for this position ranges from $81,120.00 to $120,785.60 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
