  • Emergency Response: Responds promptly to both emergency and non-emergency situations, supporting the safety of staff and patients.
  • Documentation: Maintains accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and safety hazards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Physical capability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent customer service.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Two to five years of experience in security operations or law enforcement preferred, especially in a healthcare setting.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (CPR) or a similar credential is advantageous.
