About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Marianna, FL. As a Maintenance Technician at Rinker Materials, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
  • Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems.
  • Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, switches, and valves.
  • Fabricate parts or components as needed.
  • Install, maintain, and repair low voltage and high voltage electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • One plus years' experience in a manufacturing plant.
  • Working knowledge of large machine operation and construction of infrastructure.
  • Technical expertise in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, machining, and electronics.
  • Ability to provide clear instructions and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • General computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and database systems.
