Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in Civil Engineering and Land Development. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our projects and ensuring their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of civil engineering construction documents and conceptual site plans.
  • Execute comprehensive civil utility and site design, including water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, HGL modeling, fire flow design, and stormwater management.
  • Prepare site grading plans, conduct earthworks calculations, and manage sediment/erosion control design and permitting.
  • Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Engage with the project team throughout all phases, from concept to construction administration, for a diverse range of projects.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A four-year bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biological and Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in civil engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to personal and team development.
  • Experience in storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water distribution networks, and site grading is preferred.
